State of Georgia is a new television show which follows the life story of Georgia (role played by Raven-Symone), an aspiring actress who moves to New York with her best friend Jo Majandra Delfino) who happens to be a science geek, totally the opposite personality of Georgia, to reach her dream of becoming a Plus-Sized Actress in the near future. In the pilot episode of the show, the two moved from the South to New York City and rent an apartment from Georgia’s aunt.
