Julianne Moore will have to master another very distinct accent for her next TV role. The Oscar-nominated actress has been cast as none other than Sarah Palin in HBO's movie about the 2008 presidential election, 'Game Change.'
Based on the book of the same name, the movie will chronicle John McCain's failed 2008 White House bid. Moore is set to star as former-Alaska-governor-turned-McCain-running-mate Palin, Entertainment Weekly reports.
The project comes from director Jay Roach and writer Danny Strong, who worked on the network's 'Recount,' about the 2000 election. That film won a Golden Globe and three Emmys.
Moore's last TV appearance was her arc on '30 Rock' last season as Jack Donaghy's lost Boston love, Nancy Donovan, who spoke with an ultra-thick Bahhhston accent.
